Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ImpersonationRemoval.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ImpersonationRemoval.com provides professional services to help individuals and businesses remove impersonation accounts from social media platforms and other online services. We act on your behalf to report and request removal of accounts that impersonate you or your brand.

User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the impersonation case
• Only request removal of accounts that genuinely impersonate you or your brand
• Not use our services for fraudulent purposes or to harm others
• Cooperate with our team by providing requested documentation
• Not misrepresent your identity or authority to act on behalf of others

Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront before we begin work on your case. Standard and Priority cases are charged at fixed rates ($199 and $349 respectively). Enterprise and complex cases receive custom quotes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Money-Back Guarantee: If we are unable to remove the impersonation account after exhausting all available methods, you will receive a full refund. If a removed account is reinstated within 30 days, we will re-remove it at no additional charge. If re-removal is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

No Guarantee of Results

While we maintain a high success rate, we cannot guarantee removal of any specific account. Platform decisions are ultimately made by the platforms themselves. We commit to using our best efforts and expertise on every case. We assess case viability during consultation and will advise if we believe a case is unlikely to succeed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpersonationRemoval.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ImpersonationRemoval.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
